  : A good sized room with a comfortable bed and large bathroom en-suite. The staff in the reception/bar and restaurant were very friendly and helpful.
  : parking on the street was limited, The nearby car park was nightmare as the machine would not take cash or card. The only way to pay was to down load Ring Go app. which I couldn't get to work and the contact number to ring on the machine was a joke! Luckily a good Samariton came by and helped by paying my parking fee using her Ring Go app account and I gave her the cash. Probably the most expensive overnight fee i've ever paid to park outside of London! Not a very good advert for Aylesbury!

  : The location is great in town centre.The women who booked and checked me in had fantastic customer service. I do her a disservice by not remembering her name. Pretty lady. She explained the whole process to me from booking over the phone to being there in person. An asset to the company.
  : The outflow from the a/c was extremely low, looked the the filters needed cleaning as the vents were full of dust.Mould on the grout between the tiles in the shower area was not a huge fan off. The shower head kept sliding down its pole and could not be fixed to one area. No shower Matt so kept slipping in the tub. The fan was small so was a hot night.There was 1 glass and two people staying in the room.The iron kept leaking water on the top and was extremely annoying.The windows are difficult to open and my friend hurt himself opening the window. Very stiff

  : Great location, I had a big room but I booked 2 rooms for the same price and my friends room was significantly smaller, great dressing table and loved the huge mirror next to the door. Iron and ironing board in the room, great selection of drinks in the room and a lovely pack of biscuits, nice shampoo, shower gel and handwash. Bed comfortable. Great breakfast and the best thing about this hotel is the staff - they cannot do enough to help and are very friendly.
  : We arrived to a very lively disco karaoke, there is nothing on the description about this hotel being a very busy pub with loud music on Friday nights, it did end at 11pm but we had planned on just relaxing at the hotel and getting an early night ahead of a big day competing at an athletics events but had to go out to a restaurant as the noise even in our rooms was just too much. If your going for a fun night you’ll love it, it you want a relaxing evening it’s not for you. The pillows are quite hard and flat and the bathroom floor needs replacing as it appears dirty but actually wasn’t (I tried to clean it but it’s just worn).
