  : The flat itself was nice and clean, easily accessible, and food delivery options were available. It was also not too far away from the Outlets and the High Street shopping. The apartment is set up in a way that is comfortable to relax, eat, and has a refrigerator, kitchen and radiators.
  : There are a number of improvements that would make this apartment better, but we would still have no problem staying here again if in the area. The floor is so paper-thin we could probably have joined in on the conversation with the neighbors below. They were loud, but quieted down as the night went, and were friendly outside so wasn't too bad. The bed has a large hump in the middle that prevented my spouse and I from sleeping together at night. The window shades (at least in the living room) can be seen through. The hot water only lasts a few minutes and then turns ice-cold, so you have to keep turning it off and on to re-start the hot water. A couple of the light switches were wired a bit odd, where if you turn one on, the other switch for the same light in another area doesn't turn it off. All of that said, it was comfortable and easy enough that if we needed a place to stay, we would stay here again. It could just use a few improvements to make it shine. However, if there is one thing that would deter us from staying here again, it would be the ridiculous terms of use agreement we had to fill out prior to staying. After inputting all of our information in the website to book, we then had to do it all over again in this document. It sent us an email just to validate, etc blah blah blah. It was the absolute most ridiculous thing I've ever had to do to rent a room anywhere in the world. I can understand terms of use, but this was very excessive. Of all the things I hope they change first, it's this.

  : Very good comms with host - very understanding with us checking out late. Apartment very clean, with good amenities.
  : Loud noise from downstairs - whole night till 6am (Moaning, fighting, screaming, loud talks, etc.). Difficult to have a good night sleep with such noise.

  : Nice small flat, location is on housing estate but suited our needs. Host communicated well.
  : No power to Shower Flat freezing on arrival had to turn on and wait for 2 hours for it to warm up.Downstairs neighbour had TV on all night and then started the loud sexual noises not sure if he was on his own or with other(s) but it went on from about 4am till 530am Sounded like he was in the room Good luck to him but not why I am trying to sleep.Otherwise all ok but come on Stunning is way over the top.
