  : The cottage was beautiful, much bigger than we expected, the pictures don't do it justice. Beds were very comfy. Kitchen well stocked for a self catered stay. Nice extra touches like a cream tea on arrival. Good location for a base to explore the Peak District.
  : Nothing really, could maybe do with an extractor fan in the bathroom but nothing major.

  : The location of the cottage was fab. Lovely to be welcomed by a cake and milk for tea. The cottage was so cosy, with a wood burner and the the beds were really comfortable. The cottage, linen and towels we're very clean and spotless. The walks from the cottage were great and we did the one around the village. It took us up to the Stanton Peak and moors. Really recommend Hassop Station to hire bikes (along the Monsel Trail). Also recommend eating at the Druid Arms in the village.
  : It's worth noting although really comfortable, that the bed in the master bedroom is very low, which may cause issues for some people trying to get out of bed. Also worth noting for future guests that the first line of the address relates to the block of cottages and doesn't come up in Googlemaps or the satnav. The road itself is easy enough to find but took us a few attempts to realise that we had driven past.

  : Really nice location in a little village. Cosy little cottage just perfect for the 4 of us for the weekend. Treated to a snowy weekend too which made it even nicer. Really friendly and helpful neighbours meant we could still get our car out in the ice in the morning. Great facilities and beautiful surroundings. Would definitely recommend.
  : If we were being really picky then we would have swapped the washing machine for a dishwasher. But other than that the place was brilliant !
