  : Views were fantastic and the accommodation was spacious and modern.
  : We found communication lacking. We were not told the updated wifi code and the morning we left there was no one at reception and the bar was closed. We also did not receive a reply to our email. It also go quite noisy with the pub below.

  : It's a great place to stay in Arrochar, close to local village shop and right on the Loch. Stunning views of The Cobbler.
  : The accommodation is right above a pub. Music and loud noise until 2am, even though pub officially stops serving at midnight.

  : The listing doesn't tell you Ben Arthur's is a noisy pub, on a busy (and sometimes noisy) road. Don't plan on getting to bed early, esp on a Friday or Saturday night.

  : Very large and luxury flat with one bathroom/toilet per bedroom and very nice terrace with view on the loch.
  : Noise from the street, no USB plugs (do not forget your adaptator !). You have to get the keys from the people from the pub below which give you the keys but not a smile nor a friendly sentence. Large kitchen but missing more forks, knives and spoons.

  : The location was 5 star. The views were beautiful and the flat is convenient for exploring. Lots of wildlife to see and birdsong was lovely in the morning. Beds were clean and comfortable and kitchen is well-equipped. We were able to sit out in the small garden belonging to the guesthouse next door.
  : Flat is above a bar and kitchen with associated odours. Ventilation was poor and weather during our stay was warm so that didnt help. Flat is on a busy road so traffic noise was significant, particularly if you like to sleep with the windows open - if this would bother you youd best look elsewhere. Had to wash some of the kitchen items before using as they were greasy and we were concerned about some of the safety features eg. one of the smoke detectors had no cover - not sure if it worked; handrail at entry stairwell was wobbly and held on by cable ties.

  : The flat was lovely, the views were fantastic, there was plenty of room for everyone and a great price.
  : No one had mentioned that there was an event on at the bothy down the stairs. The music shook the whole flat from 9pm - 12.30am. Had we had our hearts set on a quiet night this would have ruined our stay.
