  : The breakfast was reasonable but staff don’t speak, I watched everyone search for the butter, return to tables to collect mugs, nothing was explained to any of us. No marmalade. Bread was the cheapest on sale, the loaves of cheap sliced bread were stacked by the toaster.
  : I have already emailed the deputy manager to complain but no reply yet! No bath taps!! I asked for a bath and yes there was a bath but it could only be filled by holding the shower to it. I gave up! The carpets all need cleaning.I needed to buy a toothbrush - nothing there at all. One lady seriously bumped her head on the small revolving doors out of reception - they are too small for that design. She was in tears with the pain. Apparently those doors are good to keep air conditioned places cool - there is no air conditioning! No window in room 403 where I was sent - the doors lead outside but can only be opened an inch. It was ridiculously hot. When I did open the doors an inch I videoed the dirty railings and area immediately outside of the doors which open on to the car park. I mislaid the door key card but was given a key for room 405! It took an age to explain to staff my items were in room 403. Another family were in room405 but staff couldn’t grasp why I refused to open the door to room 403! I have recently broken my arm, no offer of help to carry luggage from reception to the bedroom which is 240 steps. The tv in room 403 was the smallest I had seen in many years - take binoculars if you stay in that room!If you use the pool, ask someone to show you where the sauna is. It is not signposted and I was in the broom cupboard before I found it!

  : Value for money, facilities when travelling with a teenager, location, well maintained, helpful staff
  : Swimming pool wouldn’t let a sensible teenager swim with adults. Teenagers are not children in their minds. Swimming pool attendant was inflexible in his views. Bar menu was a bit limited. More Adnams beers and lagers would have been good
