  : Some parts of the hotel look a little back dated. I took my 13 year old daughter and her friend overnight for my daughters 13th birthday. I was told by the pool area staff that they couldnt access the pool area unless I was going in with them. We had to go back to the room for myself to get changed, just to sit by the pool as I had no intentions of going in. The gentlemen on the pool area desk was arrogant in explaining the opening times for childrens swim time slot, he had no customer service skills whatsoever - he looked as though he didnt enjoy his job nor wanted to be there. Not a very nice welcome. The couple also stood behind us commented on his attitude. Breakfast was overpriced, as I booked for 1x adult and 2x children I paid full price for each of us, although my daughter and her friend only had a bowl of cereal. There should be a childrens pricing for breakfast as they eat very little.
