  : The overall place needs to be refreshed and renovated. Our apartment was very smelly and dirty. The swimming pool was also dirty. The staff at reception wasnt very helpful. The orders at the restaurant were often wrongly taken.

  : Staff were lovely and the views from Ben Lomond apartment 5 were spectacular. The grounds were lovely and great for walking the dog.
  : Very dated apartment doesn't look like it has been decorated since it was built. For such an expensive place, there was very much of a lack of attention to detail. The flush handle on the toilet was missing, the taps on the sink were different, and the shower was cold. The socket on the bedroom wall was dodgy, the flooring in the kitchen was broken and loose and there was a broken microwave (although a new one had been put on the kitchen worktop the broken one had been left fitted into the kitchen). Also, there was a terrible smell from the bin store which was at the apartment block door.

  : Scenery, well equipped, nice staff, swimming pool and facilities.
  : Dead bugs etc in hallway to apartment. The same ones were there for the duration of our visit. We requested a cot but didnt have a mattress, nowhere in the booking did it say we wouldnt get a mattress which meant our baby had to sleep in his pram for our stay and we had to carry this up and down the stairs every time we went out

  : There was mould everywhere in the apartment. You could smell mould as you entered the property and the apartment was clearly not cleaned and checked beforehand.
