  : Central location with coffee chain AromaKava in the first floor, newly built clean design interior.
  : Poor service and security, bad maintenance. My room didn’t get cleaned and serviced even though there were only two guests in the whole 10 rooms hotel. No apology from the manager, she only asked me if I used mini bar on the check-out. The bathroom lights were flickering, the sink was clogged. The shampoo didn’t lather. No lift/elevator in the hotel but the reception is located on the 4th floor and no help provided. The breakfast choice was poor, had to order extra menu with extra money. No security at the entrance so anyone could knock on your room door.

  : It's in the centre so it's convenient. The hotel is new so everything is of course clean and new. But NO lift so if you're on the 3rd, .4th or 5th floor, it's not good... The disabled, the elderly and unhealthy people will have a real problem getting to their rooms, Not to mentions if you have more that one suitcase and heavy ones The bathroom was nice and had a good shower space However, they have electric boilers to heat the water, so forget about a good shower, the water just runs out. If there are 2 of you.... well , need I say more.The bed was big and comfortable, but the pillows were cheap and bad quality so I had a neck ache ....The room was quite large with a big TV, but ask yourself , who watches TV anymore.The curtains were nice, but really not thick enough so the morning light at 5 am wakes you upThe man who works on reception was nice and helpful.
  : The curtains weren't blackout. Too much light early in the morning The cleaning woman was rude and even shouted at me asking if I had paid. The other man on reception was fine There are no signs telling you where the reception is, and it's on the 4th floor above some of the rooms .. Very badly designed.No lift The hotel cafe is a chain coffee shop and they only have sandwiches ,, not a real breakfast + the staff in the cafe are rude and unhelpful.

  : The property is brand new and very clean. Rooms are spacious and repaired with taste. All facilities were working well, clean sheets and towels. Central location. There is a cafe downstairs working round the clock.
