  : It was clean, food was amazing especially Borsh with pampushki. Stuff was very helpful and polite. Helped me to get a transfer , taxi, adaptor , power bank and in general were very friendly!

  : Excellent location, beautiful interior, smiling staff is always ready to help. I also noticed they make improvements upon feedbacks from previous stays. I hope it will also apply to mine ^_^ The bed is veeeeryyy large indeed, the mattress and pillows are very comfortable. The room looks exactly as in photos, this you can be sure about. The bathroom is very cozy, very clean, it feels very comfortable and nice to be in this room. Very clean towels and almost crispy bathrobes, so clean. No toothpaste or disposable toothbrush though, yet again - it might be an advantage to some. The hair dryer is perfect - powerful, different temperatures, you can choose not too hot. 32 m2 room feels like a lot of space. There was an umbrella in the wardrobe, very thoughtful. Nice interior of the hallways, the front door opens with a touch from the outside and without touch from the inside. Even though the soundproofing is not 100%, it's very impressive, and mutes the noises enough for them not to disturb your stay and your sleep.
  : The breakfast is too plain for this price. The choice of food is very limited, nothing impressive. The paid dish (shakshuka) was prepared poorly. Thankfully, the staff was understanding and they didn't charge for it (I didn't eat it). The placing for breakfast is very tight, it's very uncomfortable to take a seat and to get up. The TV is quite big, but it doesn't have Netflix, Megogo or other popular services, just Youtube. It had only Miracast, and I couldn't use it with my iPhone. There was no water in the room. At least we didn't understand if the bottles that we had qualify as a sparkling water that was mentioned in the paid list of the minibar. It would have been a nice gesture (for this price of the room) to have at least something welcoming free of charge. Spa visits are too pricy, didn't see the point to visit it at this price. Small things are not thought through. The sofa in the room has an uncomfortable angle of sitting, you feel like sliding down from it, it's more beautiful than cozy (it looks really impressive, though, and you have comfortable chairs instead) The placing of the bottles in the bath - it is difficult to get the soap/shampoo without rinsing it off your hand with the shower water. The door stopper is placed in the middle of the floor, we stumbled over it several times.

  : The staff at the front desk are super nice. I also got a much nicer room than the last time I stayed at Leopolis - bigger, brighter and lot of water to drink which I appreciate.
  : This is just a little constructive criticism: when asking for a ride to the airport the default assumption is that they call a taxi for some price less than I paid coming from the railway station. In any case the front desk ought to say yes we can use the hotel car service for the following price. That is the proper way to do it.
