  : The location was good and the wifi allowed us to do everything we needed to to figure out our trip. The staff was also very kind and helpful.
  : The hostel was dirty and smelled like smoke. We requested a 'no smoking' room, but our room smelled strongly like smoke the whole stay. The lights flickered, the electrical sockets wer falling out of the walls, and we were very scared to use the bathrooms because of the poor quality and sanitation.

  : just needed a cheap stay for a friend. booked the private room in the hostel. it looked and felt like a small prison cell. warning in advance if you are looking for a cheap price don't be surprised that weirdos are staying with you at any cheap location.
  : the facilities are not well maintained. if you need to save money not bad place to stay.

  : When I arrived shortly after 23:00, I was told I was late, and they gave my room to someone else. I told them I reserved it so I would be guaranteed the room. They said I never told them what time I would be arriving at. I said I don't need to. If I don't arrive, you get cancellation fee anyway. This is the second time in this two week trip to Ukraine, that this hostel has given my room to someone else. Almost two weeks ago when I arrived in Kyiv they said because it was 02:00, I was late and room is gone. I explained I sent e mail telling them my option of arrival time was "01:00 to 02:00 next day". They told Booking I never showed up. That's not true. I think they want to get money for room two times. Last time they gave me double room for same price as single. Last night only option was to sleep in six man dormitory in same hostel. I'm sure they will say I never showed up again, but I stayed in room 14 a six man room for 180 UAH local currency and is about 6 Euro. Room I reserved was 308 UAH local currency, about 10 Euro.
