  : too thin walls !! its feels like living on street because so much noise ..noise from the water system also very loud ..they should put some sound proof material ..there was tesbags in the room but how to make that as nothing to boil water )) ...

  : The property is pretty clean and the staff are great and speak English.
  : Unfortunately, when they designed and built the hotel, nobody considered any basic form of soundproofing or privacy. They simply put together framing and slapped drywall on top without any insulation or other soundproofing methods. I dont even think they used suitable insulation on the exterior walls as the heat loss seemed excessive. You can literally hear everything taking place in the surrounding rooms. Bathroom design with glass wall and door is bizarre. Stayed three nights. No hot water on the second day and no water at all on my checkout day so I left to Kyiv without being able to shower. The water outage is likely not their fault, but in sum it capped off a disappointing experience.
