  : In the reception there was a women whp did not treat me well and she was very rude!!, but then i asked for another receptionast to come and he was kind with me.But unfortunatly i go out not feeling happy because of her and the way she talked to me.

  : I really liked the sport, indoor pool and hamaam facilities they were very clean and easy to use.

  : + Reciption provide help with arranging the driver to waterfall.+ Food is good breakfast and dinner. + Air conditioning is good.+ hot water in the bathroom is good.+Spa for ladies only with adequate Jakozy pool for ladies only
  : - I will never come again to this hotel. The Hotel is charging the stay per adult not per room even if you pay the breakfast per adult they have exta charge per adult. Even after the booking calling them they charge me 1800 AED extra. If you want to book this hotel check with them directly so they will not charge you more.- Very far from the city center no facilities around the hotel. Except one petrol station besides hotel. - All Balcony view is on village houses or street. The balcony is very near to each other as they are setting with us!- Swimming pool is small.- The mattress is not comfortable and the double bed doesnt have double mattress. It is only two single mattress beside each it was uncomfortable.- The hotel is not providing tooth brush. Make sure take yours with you.- The service is very bad I requested towels 3 times and waited for the next day and did not receive them.- No bath robe provided.
