  : The hotel room was amazing! Needs to work on ventilation but was told it will be renovated next year. If it wasn't for the ventilation problem then the room would be absolutely perfect. Gave a wow factor on arrival and kids loved it, especially the hot tub on arrival. The hotel was quiet when we stayed so we had the whole pool to ourselves. The view was amazing of the balloons in the morning. The staff were exceptional, the best. Super helpful and always happy. Location was amazing as we we were within 5 minutes to many restaurants with amazing views. There is also a spot within 5 minutes, where you could explore some chimney caves and go inside for free. The sunset there was also super cool. A restaurant nearby with puppies made the kids happy too.
  : Needs ventilation for the room as it smelled a bit like a sauna and damp. The staff tried their best to help us.

  : Probably the most beautiful and delicious hotel breakfast we've ever had! We felt a little wasteful not finishing it every day because you get lots of cheeses, jams, breads and they cook you eggs to order as well as cheese bread that is similar to a quesadilla. The day staff was very kind and helpful to set up tours and give information. We had an issue with our cave room and they were able to come up with a solution.
  : Beware-the cave rooms at this hotel are very damp. So much so that the bed sheets were moist and cold. I wish this would have been communicated to me earlier so I would not have booked a cave room. However, the hotel was able to give us a small regular room for 2 of us to sleep in while the other 2 slept in a slightly less damp cave room.
