  : Location is amazing and room is really nice
  : Advertising spa but it is all closed made booking because of spa so feel that I have overpaid for the hotel it is misrepresented.

  : The staff were brilliant as usually very helpful. Loved the pool and jetty with the waiter/waitress service. Rooms where clean but the balcony glass wasnt cleaned. The lovely lights around the hotel always looked dirty.Maybe I'm just too picky. But I would stay there again.
  : It's not what i didn't like. It's i was disappointed.36 degrees outside and the aircon was never on in reception. Only a few lights worked in the corridors. Hotel starting to look a little rundown.The gym, indoor pool and spa was still closed due to covid.

  : Great location, private pier on the sea with all day service (many thanks to this pool-man/ waiter who helps every time), breathtaking view from the room and the pier. Beautiful sunsets everyday. Breakfast is tasty, but everyday is same, a bit boring. The sea here is clear with sandy bottom. The hotel is located near the restaurants and Marina (10-15 min walk), but there is not too loud to rest at night, also a bit far from the mosque.
  : There is no entrance on the road, so it can be a little difficult to find the entrance at the first time, you need to carry your bags across the boardwalk. The room is normal, but little things like dirty windows (even in the bathroom), intermittently dormant safe, furniture and parquet that need updating, poor Wi-Fi spoil the impression :( Also the staff understands and speak English really badly, so it caused misunderstandings, even at breakfast when we cannot fully understand what is included on it. Sometimes the staff is really intrusive, but when you need a help there is no one...

  : Staff very friendly and attentive with attention to detailreharding their guests. They remember little details about them.
  : Some of the verbal interaction their supervisors had with their staff. More privacy required. Staff are doing their best, if any issues it should be discussed in the privacy of an office not in front of guests
