  : The infinity pool is amazing. Staff were very helpful and lovely, its genuinely a nice area to relax. The views are incredible.
  : The so called gym is not a gym. The equipment is completely useless, the hotel should take it out of the description as it is misleading. They do not have a fitness centre facility. We found this quite frustrating as we wanted to train during our stay but we could not. The spa is also questionable. The sauna has broken wooden bits inside and is not hot. Finally, the music at the pool is so so bad and repetitive and actually resulted in us having to get headphones from the room so we did not have to listen. The breakfast was average at best but we chose to eat out anyway.

  : The vibe and the spa is really good. The massage staff was especially welcoming and friendly, theres a lot of different food choices for breakfast and dinner buffet as well.
  : the Wifi is really really really REALLY bad and there was this one female blonde staff in white who kept coming to my friend and I. I think shes trying to sell us certain travel packages to earn commissions but we are really not interested. So stop approaching to us and start any convo if at the beginning we already showed no interest

  : the location and the bus options are quite limited and the walk to the Main Street is a steep on the going backwould be great to have a rented car with you for the flexibility of the movement

  : the location and the view are STUNNING! literally takes your breath away! The spa with a free sauna and hamam is a great bonus, it even has a nice small gym which had all I needed. The pool area is lovely, again amazing view. Breakfasts are decent, didnt have any other meals there. Jacuzzi on the balcony was sooo good! The head receptionist (gentleman) was very sweet and helpful!
  : Internet wasnt ideal, we only had reception from one side of the room and the balcony. Probably has to be readjusted, but didnt spoil the general experience at all, had my own data. NOT THE HOTEL comment as SPA is a different separate company, so nothing against the hotel. Was almost overcharged in the spa. The spa assistant was trying to make up prices in GBP saying that the spa menu they distribute everywhere at the hotel just has a typo. The Russian menu in the same booklet has different,a bit lower prices, and when I pointed out at that saying I can read Russian and see the prices there, I was told its only for Russians. I found it insulting and discriminating. The SPA manager surprisingly didnt understand what I meant or maybe just pretended not to. It is discriminating to indicate higher prices for other nationalities that are as much guests of the country or the hotel as Russians. it was appalling. The massages we had were amazing so the girls did a great job, nothing bad there.

  : The view from hotel was fabulous, staff were lovely, especially Rose (guest relations) the the bar staff, Yusef made the best margarita Ive ever had and was the only one who could put our umbrella up! , the cleaners did an amazing job
  : music by the pool repetitive but they are aware and hopefully changing
