  : Location is nice - front line to the beach. Hotel is quite but it is close to the bar which disturbed with music in the night. I also liked interior and exterior of hotel - village Provence style, trees and flowers.
  : Was difficult to communicate with hotel after I booked property. Hotel was not replying on messages and phone calls. Only I involved booking customer support - I received replies from hotel and they called me back. I agreed with them early check in for extra payment, which I will pay in the property. But when we arrived - hotel was closed, no one waited for us. I called hotel in the phone - and got reply that they have no early check in, after came 2 men and one was very angry, he was rude and said that we are frauds, they they cant give us early check in - I tried to explain and show confirmation from hotel for early check in, but he didnt want to look at it. He was rude and I said I will record him to show his manager how he talked to me - he said he will call police. I also wanted to call police and started calling representative of Embasy of my county. Only after that men started doing something. My stay was 100% prepared, only extra fee for early check in I will pay at properly. He didnt let me explain and show confirmation of my agreement with hotel. He also told us that he is a bridge between his manager and customers, so customers not on the first place in this hotel. Probably he was rude because - we were 2 young women looking very young, he thought we some students and he has rights to shout on us; we are not from Great Britain or Germany - we are from Ukraine, so this kind of customers there is no need to respect. Next day no one came to me to apologise, I came and asked to call manager of hotel - they didnt do anything. I complained to my colleague from Turkiye about this situation, and only after he called them - they came to apologise. For me it is about respect to people - if you are local form Turkiye or from reach European county - you will be respected, if you are from Ukraine and if you are a women - they dont care, they will smile and say you f..

  : The hotel is very close to the sea and restaurants. The pool is quite deep which is great. The food is decent.
  : As it is situated near the sea and restaurants is can be quite noisy after 22 pm.

  : Lovely room. Great setting - plenty of greenery around the pool. Very attractive.
  : The downside of being in such a central location is the noise coming from nearby bars. Loud music played every evening - well into the night. I highly recommend noise cancelling earphones - unless planning to be at the bars until about 2am every night!!

  : Lovely breakfast and very attentive staff, nothing was too much trouble and I felt very well looked after. The location was perfect, right on the beach and next to the best restaurants. I loved the bohemian/boutique vibe of the hotel, it was very relaxing and I spent the majority of my holiday sunbathing by the pool with a book and glass of wine!
  : It was noisy at night with the location but this wasnt the hotels fault as it was very close proximity to the bars. If youre a light sleeper then dont expect to sleep before midnight with the noise.

  : Unfortunately we had a very bad experience with the honeymoon suite at the location. It was extremely noisy, despite being marked as "soundproofed", above the bars and restaurants. This meant noise until 2am, and since the attic has lots of roof lights with no shades or curtains (other than white linen) there was too much light by early morning. Weirdly, there were no lights in the bedroom at all at night, all of the lamps were unplugged across the room and very few sockets to charge devices. The sheets on the bed were extremely old, with pilling balls across them. We didn't feel the bedding was very clean. The shower tray didn't empty. The WiFi was awful across the entire property other than within the restaurant.We changed rooms to a smaller room away from the seafront, we were refused any compensation for the difference in the room. We had even asked to leave early and move elsewhere but they were not cooperative. In the second room, which was another attic, the shower/bath tap broke and would not turn off-we were stuck in a room and worried it would flood. The staff refused to come initially, saying there was no support on site, but finally when he did come - he accused us of breaking the shower, telling us it had worked when the last people checked out. He asked for multiple details about what exactly had happened as if we'd broken the shower when clearly it had broken due to constant use.I would not recommend this location to anyone staying in Oludeniz.
