  : The staff were rude. The selection of food was poor. The rooms were not cleaned daily and toilet roll was not topped up. There was no host to seat you at breakfast, no pool towels. We travelled there and was staying with a large group who all got sick from the hotel.

  : Just come home from a 6 night trip at this hotel and can honestly say it was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in.I booked onto a family wedding and around 40 the guest was staying here. I would say at least 30 adults and children all ended up sick, most having to see the hotel doctor.I paid over 1000 for one adult and child to stay here for 6 nights, I didnt have an issue with the price at the time of booking as the hotel is advertised as a 5 star all inclusive.This hotel is absolutely not a 5 star resort.The hotel does not have mayonnaise for the guests, so we paid 1000 to stay somewhere for 6 nights and our children not allowed mayonnaise with their lunch.This 5 star all inclusive hotel has no towels for guests to use by the pool. So we had to go the shops to buy our own towels and mayonnaise. When we spoke to a manager about this we was told it was because a lot of people were getting food poisoning from mayonnaise being left out too long, although I would argue this was the cause as most our friends and family was unwell after eating/drinking here anyway.We questioned the 5 star rating and was informed 5 star in Marmaris is not the same as other places, this hotel is 5 star because it has pictures and carpet on the landings and access to a tennis court.The air con in the bedrooms is extremely loud, so you have to choose between a good night sleep or being absolutely roasting.The fridge in the room doesnt work so your water is warm. You get 3 mini bottles of water for your entire stay for two people.The cleaners do not clean, they make your bed and give clean towels but not once in 6 days was our bathroom even wiped over.

  : Staff was very kind and friendly. Fun too each of them. Receptionist/Bar tenders/entertainers especially and those preparing and dealing with food. All did wonderful job.
  : The double standard rules. The fact that workers behind Bar was not allowed to sit/interact with holiday makers once their jobs were finished. Yet entertainers were allowed up to 12.20. The food wasnt great. Hardly no Turkish food.. the private beach wasnt 1km as reviews pointed out but was lovely to go too. . It was a bus ride that took at least 12/14 minutes to get too. Wasnt walking distance at all. Otherwise it was comfortable.

  : hotel looks more then a night club we stayed there one night noisy night .Heard shoutings all night breakfast was good customer service was not good For check in we have been waiting 30 minutes
