  : This is a clean and cosy hotel and a family run business. The staff is very helpful and accomodative. WiFi works, clothes washing is available, room is clean, air conditioning works, continental breakfast 8-10, safe at reception, refrigerator in the room, useful.
  : Cons: small repairs needed in the bathroom though everything functions. No dedicated parking, parking is on the public road so there is no guaranteed parking spot. I was there two weeks and was parked in front of the hotel, due to efforts of staff to keep a spot available at all times, very grateful for all the effort.

  : WIFI, Air-con and Location. After reading the reviews I was a bit worried about my stay. However, the hotel was great rooms were cleaned everyday, WIFI worked and the air conditioning was perfect for the size of room. My only complaints were that room could benefit from a black out curtain for sleeping. The shower and hot water were also great but is all on the 1 level so did lead to whole bathroom getting wet but really for the price you cannot complain! Staff were very helpful and phoned my transfer for me when it was late - would definitely stay again!

  : The location couldn't be better, it's walking distance to everything worth seeing and surrounded by restaurants and shops. The staff is very kind, the rooms are cleaned everyday, and the breakfast options are decent.
  : The bed was extremely hard and it was difficult to wake up relaxed or without a back ache.Restaurant offer and breakfast offers no options for gluten intolerant people, the only thing I could eat out of the entire menu was an omelette which unfortunately was extremely salty and not pleasant. No fruits are provided for breakfast. The restaurant prices seem too high for what they offer, even worse if you don't pay in Lira and they apply commission charges for card payments at this place :/ Close by restaurants have better food and prices.The pictures shown may be from some time ago, the rooms, especially the bathroom can use a renovation. Though it's old, it's extremely clean.

  : Good location, very close to everything, shops, restaurants, beach. The room was clean but a little noisy at night. Would recommend for a couple of night in Marmaris, but don't expect much.
  : The breakfast could have been better. Same choices everyday Also, we wanted to leave the AC on in the room for a couple of hours so that when we come back after dinner, the room would be cool enough to sleep in and turn off the AC at night. Unfortunately, I found out that the owner went into my room without my consent while I was out for dinner and took the card off. So I came back to my room super hot and had to wait more hours so that the room would cool down so that we could sleep. When I complained to the owner he responded very rudely to me.

  : The location is good - walking distance to everything. You have someone coming to the room everyday to clean and change the towel. I had the room 223, it was really calm and clean. The room is a bit small but as a solo traveler it was just what I needed. There is also a fridge that works. The wifi was a bit weak but enough to check email and social media. The bed was also comfortable.
  : The bed sheets had a few stains and offering a bottle of water would be nice.
