  : The reception staff were superb - always friendly and helpful. The apartment had a super sea view on the corner of the block on 4th floor. The kitchen was great with tea making facilities, cups, cutlery etc and a large fridge. The lift was easy. The Elite restaurant on ground floor was superb. We did try other restaurants in the harbour but kept coming back to the Elite since the food was always good plus you get a 10% discount for staying at the Havana Apart Otel. Each night about 10.30pm the waiter staff (who are superb by the way) do three dances which was a local attraction!
  : It wasnt a problem at all but the shower is a little quirky in that you have to aim it away from the toilet bowl otherwise the toilet bowl gets a shower!

  : Location, great restaurant with entertainment every evening and live music on Saturday. Hotel guests receives 10% discount in Elite restaurant. Yassin from reception providing excellent service and giving good advices.
  : I liked everything, though sea view would be better from higher floor.
