  : "I recently had the misfortune of staying at Mandalina Suites, and let me tell you, it was an experience I won't soon forget. The room was so small, I could touch all four walls without even moving! The bed felt like a rock covered in sandpaper, and the pillows were more like lumpy bean bags.As for the amenities, well, let's just say that the 'complimentary breakfast' consisted of stale bread and lukewarm coffee. But what truly set this place apart was the 'hospitality' of the staff. They seemed determined to ignore any and all requests, and the front desk seemed to be staffed by ghosts who only appeared when they felt like it.If you're looking for a truly unforgettable experience (for all the wrong reasons), I highly recommend Mandalina Suites. You'll leave with stories that will have your friends in stitches for years

  : The room and the hotel had amazing views. Staff are friendly and helpful.
  : The hotel has an amazing location and has so much potential, however, this place needs a lot of repair. If the hotel had been cheaper I would probably have understood but paying the amount I paid per night I felt robbed, and I left crying. As you arrive, the reception feels more like a storage room and many areas on the way to our room were dingey or out-of-use. Our room had amazing views but needed so much repair. There was water dripping out of the wall, the Hamam didnt work, rust everywhere, beach towels with stains, blinds damaged, windows and unclean cushions. Wi-Fi was very limited. On the check-out day, I looked under the bed to see if I dropped anything as I do at every hotel and I was shocked by the amount of dirt under the bed including empty bottles of water, it hadnt been cleaned in months. The private jacuzzi had amazing views but the area was not so private and felt neglected. In the seaside area, there are only a few sunbeds in much need of repair, and a lot of the outdoor furniture needs replacing, including wooden floor planks around the pool and stairs to our room. Reception opening hours is very limited too, there is a number to call but its a luxury hotel, should have been opened longer. Our important belongings got stuck in the safe and they had to take the whole safe to town to be opened (thankfully) but they should have had a key to fix it in the hotel. It was nerve-racking.

  : It was my second time at Mandalina Suites. This time, we choosed Papatya room with access to jacuzzi. Room is big with an amazing view. Staff is very friendly and kind.
  : The room should be refreshed. I asked for hot water before I made reservation. It was very important information for me because I saw negative comment about it. They said it was a problem with the hot water but they already fixed. Unfortunately, they didnt. We paid extra money for a room with a jacuzzi but we couldn't use it because there was not enough hot water to fill the tub in the room or to fill the jacuzzi outside. Hot water was enough just to take a shower (very fast). This kind of things shouldn't happen. The hotel is not cheap so hotelier should pay more attention for quality of the services provided. In my opinion, breakfast should be served (as serpme) to the table as well. It was was much more better before.

  : Amazing location in a very quiet part of the peninsula. The hotel felt very boutique indeed, but was not full when we were there so this might change in high season. Staff is amazing, it is clear that most have been working together for a long time, as the place has a family feel, and the staff is efficient, attentive, friendly and super well organised. All room types have something special to them, ours was Zencefil which had a great view with a private terrace (accessible just outside our room), and a front facing balcony. This hotel is right at the tip of the peninsula and has the prime location for watching the sunset (with some drinks that can be served to your room if you like). We ate in for lunches and also had dinner and the food was really tasty. Their breakfast has the best of Turkish breakfast and has lots of local produce from the area, yummy! Make sure you ask for the menemen, it was delicious. We did not have a room with the private pool instead of ours but ended up really enjoying our time on the seaside, right over the cliffs, and an afternoon dip in the communal pool, The rooms have been designed with such great taste, I was a particular fan of the bathroom/shower area! We loved our time at Mandalina, felt so relaxed and can't wait to go back, Thanks to Muhrarrem Bey, Ferzullah Bey, Yuksel Bey, Bayram Bey, Ozcan Bey and all the rest of the staff! Note that the location is a short (7-8 min) taxi ride from the centre and you probably can't walk unless you're keen to do 1+hr each way, The hotel has info of a taxi company in the booklet, that sent a car to us in less than 10 mins after our call so it was very convenient to go to the town - although we mostly just stayed in the hotel or in that area (which is a lot quieter than Kas centre). We loved the quietness.
  : Nothing really, we had a fab time, We struggled understanding how close to the restaurant area the room was (we wanted to be further up) from the listings but managed to make a good choice after some digging on the hotel's Instagram :)
