  : The staff was friendly and very welcoming. He made sure to give me cold water for all the summer heat despite having stocked the room with bottles of water already. He also called a taxi for me when I was leaving for the bus station. He made sure the taxi had card payment and also was not a scam or rip off like some of the ones I've experienced in other parts of Trkiye. The location was good for the nightlife of Izmir. It was also close to the pier, so it made for a nice walk on a summer evening. It's a bit of a long walk from the touristy parts of Izmir that lots of people know, such as the historical elevator. The breakfast was also good. It was satisfactorily clean. For me, a highlight was that the temperature of the shower was easy to control, and the pressure was perfect.
  : The facility seemed a bit old. It was quite noticeable in the bathroom and sinks. The air conditioner was dripping some water. I realised at late at night, so I only complained in the morning while checking out, and he promised to work on it. So hopefully it won't be a problem at all. Also, since I shared a bathroom window with an adjoining room, there was some smoke permeating into my room despite shutting the windows that led outside. It's not the fault of the hotel but definitely something to look out for if you're a non-smoker.

  : Nice little hotel and very nice staff. My room was clean and comfortable. The hotel was in the perfect place for city life action. Very close to restaurants and a wonderful street market. I love it!

  : Nothing at all except the location (it is near the center)
  : 1) The room we offered does not have to do anything with the photos presented in your web page (I am wondering, YOU, as booking.com, have you ever done an audit from 2011 that you have this hotel in your listings?). The bathroom was a disaster. Maybe they have to renovate it more than 50 years !! If you want I can share a video of our room. Huge disappointment also for your company (booking.com) that I have been using for a number of years. 2) A day before checking out, I gave my company's data to issue me an invoice. This was also written during my booking with booking.com (that I will need an invoice when checking out and received a positive answer through your web page). You can check the communication as it is in your App. 3) I was asked if I could pay in cash as they said they had an issue with their credit card machine. I said it was not a problem and paid cash. (This was not an issue as it also happened to me in various cases in the past years in other countries). 4) Three times before checking out we asked for the invoice. Once they said you will have it next hour in your e-mail, the other next day from your departure, and the other next week 5) Still today (4 days after we left) and after more than 10 messages / mails through booking.com the result is: NOTHING OVERALL: 1) Do not use it 2) Booking.com you need to improve your listings to avoid disappointing your loyal clients PS I just got the invoice (6/10/2023). The hotel says that they had an issue and the invoice was created on 3/10/2023
