  : Nobody came for cleaning in 4 days. Ive stayed 4 days instead of 8 and they didnt want to give back the money for the rest of the days.Regarding the cleaning the stuff said that I have to ask to clean my room, otherwise they are not going to do it.

  : Location. .. staff responded mostly to accommodate my needs .. be aware no one speaks a second language in turkey. It seems like no second language taught in schools.. the pricple of ripp off a tourist is the basic in istanbul all over such as taxi / money exchange / restaurant anywhere you go some one wants to charge you extra just because you are a foreigner
  : You get what you paid for .. for $24 a day/night including breakfast i can't expect more than what I got .I thank the front desk for helping me for what they could ..

  : The information about the facilities in the hotel room didn't match at all with the reality. The most information about the facilities and services is incorrect. I'm really disappointed about my experience in this hotel!I will no recommend anyone to choose this hotel.

  : The only positive aspect was that the metrobus station is right in front of the hotel. This the perfect way to travelThrough Istanbul as the metrobus is fast und comes frequently.
  : - The hotel room is not clean. You find hairs and dust on the floor. - It is extremely loud!!! So the positive aspect turns right away into a negative one. The highway is in front of the hotel. And everyone who knows istanbul traffic knows that the city NEVER sleeps. Even with closed windows you here the traffic, the hoot, and Turkish people love to hoot! - We stayed 4 nights and I asked several times for a change of our towels and remove our trash. It never happend. In the end they said that the guests remove the trash by themselves and towels are only changed by leaving the keys. What a stupid answer. So why do they call themselves as a hotel? - The breakfast is a disaster. There are plates prepared with a little piece of cheese, 2 salad slices and tomato, packed honey and jelly. Sometime when we entered the breakfast room, the plates where not prepared. The woman who was responsible, sat herself in the dining room and was having breakfast.
