  : The hotel is located nearby Taksim square, a nice start to explore Istanbul. The staff is really friendly and helpfull A++ From Istanbul airport you could take a taxi to the hotel for around 700-800 Lira. They don`t offer breakfast but have coffee, coockies, water and some fruits available in the lobby. Around the hotel are plenty of restaurants where you can have your breakfast.
  : You hear the noise of traffic in your room but guess that`s in every hotel in Istanbul:)

  : Somebody stole our jewelry out our room. Nobody in the hotel would help us or hear us out. There was no service or empathy whatsoever. I have been traveling to hotels in Istanbul for moreover 12 years now. I have never encountered such a sickening display. I urge everybody to think twice. Yes it is cheap but the rooms were small. People were neglecting our needs and did not take us serious. We went to the police and reported the hotel. Please do not believe the pictures either - this is not as it seems to be.

  : Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful - providing lots of useful tips and arranging tours and cruises so we could see as much of the beautiful city as possible!
  : We requested a cot for our baby at the time of booking and confirmed again with the property directly when they got in touch - they were even able to confirm the cot dimensions so that we could bring bedding. Unfortunately, upon check-in, there was no cot - we called reception, and they sent up a bed. We showed reception previous communication with the property (all on Whatsapp) where they had confirmed the cot, and we were told that personnel had changed and that there is no cot, only a bed available. We were firm on the fact that a 6 month old could not sleep on a bed and this had to be reiterated many times before they agreed to contact the manager who was able to get a cot from one of the other buildings that they managed.Our booking was for 6 people, and we were told on check-in that sometimes there are not enough towels provided (!!) and if this was the case, then to call reception. We found only enough towels for 4 people, so we told reception, only to be given bath robes, not towels, because 'the hotel was full and there were no more towels'. Luckily, a few in our party had packed towels, so we managed for the day, and the second day, we were provided with a surplus of towels!A note that if you are booking the penthouse for 6 people, then there is one room with an ensuite on the bottom floor, one room on the mezannine floor and a double bed on the mezzanine landing which is completely open with no door/privacy. The shower upstairs, whilst it has a translucent door, opens straight into the hallway.
