: My room smelled like smoke. I opened my door and there was a lady sitting on the steps smoking right outside my door.

: I really appreciated the property for several reasons. Firstly, the location in Istanbul was fantastic, offering easy access to various attractions and amenities. Additionally, the property's cleanliness was remarkable, ensuring a comfortable stay. Mr. Aziz, the owner, deserves special mention for his supportive and friendly demeanor, which added a personal touch to my experience. Lastly, the housekeeper was notably responsible and polite, further enhancing the overall pleasant atmosphere of the property.

: Good value for money, location
: We had to wait 45mins for the room to be ready, even if we gave upfront notice of our arrival time. We did not receive any apologies from the owner. If they are not able to accommodate check-in from 1pn as they mention, they should make them start from 3pm. The lady who checked-us in (not the owner) was lovely, though (even if she spoke no English). We got all arrival information through Whatsapp at 12:30pm (when check-in is from 1pm). Thankfully, I had internet available on my phone, but if I had not, I would not have known how to check in (there is no people on-site, and you need to send a message to a number to have someone opening you the property). No toiletries, even if it's mentioned in the booking.
