  : First night we arrived after a 14 hours of driving they told us that they dont have a room because a guest didnt check out!(Nobody called to inform us)They send us to another hotel of same owner and at first they wanted us to pay the taxi !!! The receptionist was very rude. They told us it would be the same room . When we arrived to the other hotel after 50 minutes the room they put us was like a hole with dirty sheets (I have photos) . So much happened they ruined our vacation and of course we left earlier than expected. Please evaluate better with who you are collaborating it was very disappointing from booking. Breakfast was poor and the receptionist staff very rude. The only plus was the boys at the buffet very kind and polite

  : The location is very close from every thing shopping, activities, transportations.
  : The return route to the hotel is hard because the route is going up and is not easy to walk.

  : Great location and lovely staff . They are trying to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. They even upgraded me to a better room for free , which is very lovely and appreciated.
  : Its very much overpriced for what it is . The hotel doesnt look like a 4 star hotel , the rooms (at least mine was) are quite tired , with spots on the walls , towels , furniture . The pictures look much better than the reality , all the items inside correspond , but they are not in such a good shape as they appear. But if these things doesnt bother you , overall its a good place for a short stay.

  : We changed rooms twice. Ended up with a room that had a bathroom that we had to access through shower. Bedroom was wet all the time and smelt of mound as a result

  : We were initially dissatisfied with our hotel experience due to the unpleasant odor and the cramped room that had been allocated to us. However, we were fortunate that the hotel's exceptional staff promptly addressed our concerns by relocating us to a more spacious and comfortable room without any additional charges. Zahra (Asal) and Wais, the two outstanding members of the reception team, played a pivotal role in making our stay truly enjoyable.Their unwavering commitment to providing exceptional hospitality and valuable information to all guests was truly commendable. We would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to both Zahra (Asal) and Wais for going above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable. We wish them continued success and all the best in their endeavors. Their dedication and professionalism truly made our stay a remarkable one.
  : To begin with, the elevators proved to be quite cramped, incapable of accommodating more than two individuals at a time, which made transportation within the hotel less convenient.Secondly, the breakfast experience left room for improvement as the variety of offerings was limited. Additionally, those who arrived for breakfast around 9 a.m. often found that some breakfast items had already run out, which could be disappointing for guests looking forward to a complete meal.Lastly, a reservation discrepancy arose during our stay. We had booked our rooms for an extra night by mistake, and although Booking.com accepted our request for a refund, the hotel itself declined to provide the reimbursement. This situation was quite frustrating and left us with a sense of inconvenience and dissatisfaction.
