  : The daily breakfast in the rooftop room was the highlight. A delicious and pletntiful array of food.
  : The lobby, corridors and general areas are very tired and rundown. We didn't feel safe in the surrounding streets after dark.

  : it was in walking to most all sight seeing in the place. on the right side when u turn down is a small food town with really good food. The gentelmen at the reception was very helpful with everything very good in recomending things and organising tour and taxis. we had breakfast on the frist day it was good and rooftop View.
  : The frist night we came my daughter room was not made we got a diffrent room. (Perfect). The rooms need some maintance. My room 503 the water pipe at the lavobe was damage and the seems on it if you put something on it, it falls down, i inform this to the reception but nothing was done was a bit diffcult to wash the hand and face. The walls and curtains need some maintance. No Safe. in my daughter room was one. The bathroom walls was not so inviting to take a shower.

  : Easy access to the old town and a wonderful view from the terrace.Great breakfast and very attentive staff.
  : The room for two was a little cramped and could be noisy with noise coming from the street.mattresses were stored in the corridor and negotiating the stairs was a bit tricky but there is a lift.

  : The staffs are friendly, the view, breakfast
  : We paid full price without being able to use the toilet in the middle of the night, the toilet door was stuck. We stayed on the second floor and when I or my 65 year old mom or my sister needed to go to the toilet we had to go up to use the toilet on the sixth floor!? That night we went up 2 times at midnight and around 3am. Of course we had a really bad sleep, my mom couldn't sleep at all and we had to fly back on the next day.The staff came to help opening the door at 7am on the next day, still wasn't good enough, the hotel didn't offer us anything or ask us anything about the incident. At first I wanted to demand a full refund but I thought I wanted to get out of the hotel as quickly as I can because we had the morning flight back to Bangkok.This was the worst experience of my 10 day trip in Turkey. Never again.

  : We had a view of the sea from our top floor room. Room was spacious.
  : The area has many manufacturing businesses, so not the pretties area in town. Also a few minor maintenance issues that should not be hard to fix, but unfortunately wasnt.

  : Breakfast was amazing The staff is super helpful and there's always someone available at the reception 24/7. The rooms are nice, comfortable even though the would benefit from a bit more storage room. The cleaning staff comes everyday, with fresh linen and towels. And the location of the hotel is great, 5 minutes walk from the grand bazar
