  : Just off busy main road. Location ideal for visiting main sites - all within easy walking distance. Breakfast plentiful choice including cereals, fresh and dried fruits, nuts, juices, meats and cheeses, breads and cakes. View from (enclosed) roof terrace absolutely stunning. A real breathtaking moment when first seen. Lovely to be able to sit on the roof terrace later in the day and help yourself to free tea and coffee. Only thing missing was the alcohol option! Staff were exceptional. Everyone we came into contact with was polite, friendly, warm, helpful... really went above and beyond. Thank you for taking such good care of us and making us feel like valued guests!
  : Two slight negatives which really didn't matter because everything else was so brilliant, but in respect of full disclosure - here goes: On first entering the room we felt slightly disappointed as it did not quite match the description of "superior room with balcony". It was nice, and clean, but very small with hardly any room to move around the bed even. We queried it with gentleman on reception who told us that ALL the balconies are the same size (i.e. tiny - just enough room to step out on to but not to sit). However, he did kindly move us to another room which was a little bigger (but had a much smaller bathroom). Once we experienced all the many positives, this no longer mattered. The other slight downer was that paying to be met on arrival at the airport actually took much longer than if we'd just got a taxi. We were not met on arrival by the driver... instead we had to wait more than half an hour for him to arrive. Once he did arrive, it was a pleasant experience complete with the offer of water, sweets and a rose spray to freshen up.

  : Really clean rooms, decent shower, great breakfast, amazing views from the breakfast terrace. Friendly staff, great position. All round, very recommended.
  : Being a bit picky but it would be great to get rid of single use plastics for toiletries and use the dispensers instead

  : The breakfast was on the top floor with excellent views. You could go up for a coffee /tea( self service) anytime.

  : The hotel was ideally located, clean and all but one member of staff were delightful.
  : The one member of staff that on one occasion lied to us and ripped us off and then had the audacity to try and rip us off a second time. We reported him to management.

  : It would alway be useful to have recommendations from the staff of places to eat. So much choice even when youd done the research, you dont feel like you are experiencing the best food there is to offer in the city.

  : Excellent location, close to most attractions, minutes from the tram station, views from the room are good and from the terrace are spectacular, free tea and coffee in the top floor terrace all day, staff very nice and friendly, you get a welcome message from manager on your check in date to make sure you dont need any help, 24 hours reception and WhatsApp help, lobby very cosy
