  : Lovely hotel, staff very friendly and helpful, it is a little bit further out of the main part of Istanbul, but there are good public transport connections and taxis are plentiful. Hotel was also very clean too. Be warned if taking a taxi make sure the driver switches the meter on don't be caught out paying too much if they don't.
  : Prices for the bar, restaurant and coffee shop were extortionate. Most prices for everything seemed to have been inflated by more than double than you would pay elsewhere. There are lovely bars and restaurants in the nearby Fishekane complex a short 8-10 mins walk away and there you will pay at least half the price of what the hotel charges. Don't know why they did that but after paying out for a drink from the bar and coffee shop on our first day we avoided buying anything from the hotel that wasn't already included in the rate we had paid. Also hotel tried to charge us for some mini bar items even though we hadn't used this facility at all. Again don't know if this was a scam but check your bill thoroughly. The charges were cancelled for us but don't fall into the trap.

  : The break fast kind of food was bad , as some of food not new , also the staff using their hand with out useing gloves also they using their hand in multiple thing so they used to touch and transfere food with dirty hands Some of staff asking for tipThey maybe charge as extra by mistake without double check
