  : The location was amazing. Just few steps from different public transportation stations, shops, resturants and coffeshops. The stuff are friendly and really helpful Mr.Ibrahim and Mr.Youssif.Food was tasty.
  : We had a severe problem with bugs in the bedroom that needed medication for several days. Although, the management changed a lot of things in the room ( family room ) yet the problem didn't stop.

  : There is an employee named Ibrahim. He treated us very badly. We were expelled from the hotel because we asked him to change the rooms because they were not suitable, and the bed mattress was not comfortable, so we asked him to change the rooms very politely. The employee Ibrahim told us, We dont want you here. Get out of the hotel. . So we contacted Booking. The employee at Booking denounced this behavior and apologized to us. She contacted the hotel and forced them to change rooms and apologize to us

  : The staff was the nicest staff I have ever encountered at a hotel. Good Breakfast with variety of options. Overall, I had a great experience; staff was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. The room was wonderful, clean, and perfect to stay for vacation, near to Metro and tram station, and easily access for food nearby all over the night.
  : Having issue with front desk at the time of check in, as I have mentioned mistakenly 2 adults and kid instead of 3 kids and 2 adults at the time booking. For this, they have charged extra 40 euros per day at the time of check in, besides we were tired and kids were annoying due to hectic flight. Very rude and disrespectful behavior from their side, they were loud and angry upon us, until we payed the difference. Went a lot of time to Istanbul but this was happened 1st time to me from this respectful hotel.

  : Accomodation is fine if you're touring the whole day and just go back to sleep..Perfect location.. sirkeci and gulhane tram stations a stones throw away as well as the marmaray.
  : Building and interior is run down, but rooms are refurbished.. Rooms are small..Shower can barely fit 1 person, the shower door in room 404 was broken..Breakfast was disappointing, not much to eat..
