  : The reception is beautiful
  : The reception manager stole my 100$ and refused to show me the cameras who went to my room while I was out to buy food. They even refused to call the owner of the hotel on my request or the owner refused to attend the matter so it means that is what are professional at "stilling client money after paying them" .

  : It is a very dirty hotel. Smells very bad in the room because of toilet. I informed hotel and they said they can do nothing about it.

  : The hotel was clean and the cleaning lady was extreamly kind and helpful!
  : I reserved from 11/03 so when I arrive to the hotel 12/03 early in the morning, I go straight to bed...But I was surprised by the worker ther telling me that he waited for me and gave my room to someone else...I arrived at 8:00 waited till 12:00 in the reception They gave me first a single room (I booked a double), ghen they changed it to a double room, and I asked to reimburse me for the first night because I checked in at 12 o'clock 12/03 when i paid for 11/03...Then the manager arrived and asked me to change again the room, saying that they gave me deluxe double when i reserved economic double...They gave me an extremely baaaaad room with big ammount of humidity inside the room, I even couldn't breathe...I went back and asked for room change, he gave me another room, which was a little better...

  : It was close to Taksim square with reliable access to most of public transportations and hotel staff were friendly.
  : By far the worst hotel experience I ever had. No room service although we asked for it many times. The bathroom was very dirty and the pipes were leaking. Cockroaches in the bathroom. Super noisy area with poor soundproof windows. Bed was broken.

  : Everything. For you to understand I slept in my clothes because the bed was utterly filthy. The same for the bathroom and everything in the room. I do understand that for 12 euro you are not to expect luxury, but at least you anticipate getting what you have seen on the photos and more or less clean. I will never get back there.
