  : Location in Moda, wonderful view from the terrace to the Marmara Sea.
  : Advertised apartment, not actually an apartment, but a small room connected to a terrace and a room (ideal for a hotel breakfast or an evening party, but no extra bed advertised). We arrived at night, so the extra bed was solved by the staff the next day. Inside the "apartment" it is necessary to use another key to enter the "room with toilet". This can be a problem for residents of a room with a terrace, when you only have one key, which is also used to turn on the electricity in the "room with a toilet" - he can't go to the toilet at night. Solved the next day 2 keys from the inner lock and one from the outer one :) I think that the price does not correspond to the quality of such an inefficiently situated "apartment" and only the wonderful view of the sea does not compensate for it.

  : There was a wonderful sea view in the room on the third floor. In walking distance from lots of places in Moda district.Helpful personnel at the reception.
  : The furniture in the room and shower were a bit old and heavily used. Something was even broken.Completely below our expectations from the photos

  : The room (102) had a lot of issues - dirty walls, a cracked floor, and a wall on the left window's corner had a huge scratch. The shower cabin had black mold and hears. The sink and sink-holder are damaged. The room was cold due to bad termoisolation.
