  : In the bathroom it was always wet on the floor in the toilet and shower area.The windows were not insulated at all, the noise on the street could be heard in the room. Breakfast was not varied.The check-in time was not respected, we had to wait at least 30 minutes for someone to come and hand over the room.Hotel employees were not wearing masks.The sheets on the bed were broken.

  : Nothing. No tea ,sugar coffee in the rooms free water as well nothing what if you sick you need water you have to call them to bring in the room or pay? All hotels provide water 2 bottles for free. Food very bad some stale

  : The location was perfect - you can virtually walk to every main tourist attraction within 10-20min walk max. (Grand Bazaar..). Staff speakes poor English, but was trying to be helpful.
  : Not clean (found chocolate packaging in the drawer from ? guests), even though windows closed very noisy from 5am on.., just one small closet, no hooks or shelves to put stuff on, so we lived out of suitcases on the floor. Air condition stopped working after 20 min, but we could air the room with open window (had to close it though in the morning cause of the noise). By entering the room, we wanted to check TV, no batteries in remote control (clerk got them for us). Balcony (20cm x 1 m- a bank) - door could not close properly, if toilet had to be flushed 2x in a row, you had to wait for min 30 min, to have enough pressure... Floor was all dusty, not beeing cleaned at all... Breakfast was horrable: except bread and butter/jam one could not each much. Even the pastry tasted not fresh... Instead of orange/apple juice, water poured out of the maschine... Also breakfast room was very old fashioned, there were old carpets in a pile in the corner (did not even want to know why...).Photos on the website are not the real picture...

  : Position is great.The hotel is a good choice for a 2 days shopping experience.Regarding the price/room I will choose this hotel again in the future, but only for small periods.
  : The staff is ok, but he keep our passports until payment!No minibar.Small rooms.In the bathroom you need to close the door to open the shower door, because the bath is to small.The windows open inside an interior area where is a very noisy air condition machine. If you sleep with the window open you may be disturbed by the noise.
