  : No air conditioning. Despite heat in the room. System was running on heat. Which was totally weared. All light switches were out of order. You flip one switch and another light go off. Staff was very non cooperative. Especially the old guy. No lift on 5th floor. Which was not informed earlier. We had to carry our luggage ourselves from 4th to 5th floor. Overall very bad experience. Had to open the terrace door whole night to get some air. Tv cable was out of order for 2 days.

  : Zero sound proof you hear everything through out the night. When you close your room door its not even properly closed. Beds are really firm and uncomfortable. Bathroom is not clean enough there is even stain and mould in shower. You could see the photo after our room is cleaned!!But the biggest thing that we experienced was; when we came back to our room around evening time 19:00 after busy day shopping around we were going to meet with our friends to get dinner. Our bathroom door was locked and we tried to open it but no chance. We have called the reception and explained what we are experiencing. He said no problem in 10 min i will be there to help. We waited for 45 min and no body was there. I called 10 times to reception and went down guess what? No body was at the reception. After 90 min we were able to reach the guy from his cellphone and he said i came to your room but there was another couple staying at this room number which is not! And he decided to not give us a call or bother to text me from my cellphone and told me that his working our is finished talk to the night shift guy totally joking. While all these things are happening we are not able to use the bathroom and get ready or even just use to restroom. By the way there is no WC to use on reception floor. We have talked to the night shift receptionist which he was super nice and tried his best to help. He brought too many keys but none of them was opening. I told him please talk to the owner to bring locksmith because we are not able to use the restroom or even get shower or get our staff inside like my wifes cosmetic bags etc.. Anyway he called the owner and guess what he said; he could not bring locksmith just change their room if there is available room and let them get their belongings tomorrow there is no big deal. ??!! We have contacted with booking customer support and even they couldnt reached them out. They told us they will keep us updated but we havent heard from booking suppor even.

  : Excellent location, helpful staff.
  : The fact that the hotel allows smoking in their rooms. The smell of cigarettes from other rooms and the corridor was irritating. Waking up to the smell of smoke was really annoying as was the noisy neighbours on my floor, very ignorant and rudely slamming doors and being loud.

  : The location of this property is fantastic, very central and close to many attractions. The staff were attentive and tried their best to assist us during our stay.
  : However, the experience was marred by issues such as an uncomfortable bed, a bathroom door that mysteriously closed (rendering it unusable for a day), and thin walls that allowed a lot of noise from other guests. There was also a persistent odor of cigarette smoke likely coming from outside, making it impossible to open the windows for fresh air. Additionally, the towels provided were not clean with visible marks.

  : Bed sheets weren't changed everyday, no toiletries at all, room to hot, shower head broken, balcony door hard to lock.
