: The staff was extremely friendly.
: There was no elevator.The night was very noisy from the street.Not being able to get a taxi to the hotel was unpleasant.For the breakfast buffet you had to walk or use a buggy to another building.

: The location is superb, breakfast is good. On my birthday, had a surprise cake from the hotel. A staff named Berk was very helpful and kind.
: The first night, I was given the room just facing a house where there was a dog barking till late night. It was very unpleasant and uncomfortable. I had to request three times to get myself shifted out of the room.

: Location was really good, close to everything.
: Check in was terrible, left us waiting in the street waiting for a buggy for 30 minutes despite their transfer agent contacting reception. Only by chance did a buggy arrive. Checking in at reception was total chaos, they really didn't concentrate on us and seemed like trainees. Finally they took us to our room again by buggy and despite telling us they would bring our luggage to the room they manage to forget two cases and we eventually we found them by the road side. Really silly! AND lucky no one had stollen them. Checking out was even worse. Told reception by phone we were checking out. Buggy arrive and took us directly to the taxi. Only for us to discover it was the wrong taxi and the buggy driver was actually meant to take us to reception first. Had to call back the buggy to unload the luaggage and take us back to reception to check out. It was lucky our flight was delayed otherwise it could have been serious. Really guys you could do this checking in and out alot better for a Hilton. 5* rating!
