  : Excellent location, cooperative staff, and clean hotel.It s on walking distance to all nearby attractions and traim. Room we're comfortable, Breakfast was superb. The morning view of the sea from the restaurant was awesome. Reception staff was excellent. Special thanks to Mr Turkish at night reception. They provide booking to Basphorus cruise and other attractions at reasonable prices.

  : The location , very close to the attractions , markets and transportation , there was noise from the street but it was quiet at night so sleep was easy The beds were comfortable , but the room was stuffy and this was remedied with opening the windows
  : The room had a funny smell , which was not bad but not good as well , I got upgraded , so I had a bigger room , but the hotel only had a street view , we could hardly see the sea

  : Very good central position, walking distance from every important things. 3 bed room was large comfortable, good wifi. The water pression is high, hot water always. Extremly kind receptionist, he offered for us a welcome caj and cakes. Breakfast was tasty, varied and nice view. Good dry and fresh fruits. Cheap restaurants and supermarket are near the hotel. Shops have much better prices than in the Grand Bazar. T1 stop Cemberlitas.
  : A little bit noisy. A sewer smell in the bathroom. Only shampoo and hair conditioner, but it was nor shower gel.

  : The hotel is very well located, close to most of the main attractions of Istanbul, with a lot of restaurants nearby. The breakfast was ok, not great, but not too bad (cheese, bread, fruit, pastries). The bed was comfortable. The wifi signal was decent.
  : The furniture is old and practically falling apart. Towels were also very old and had holes in them. The room itself was small, but the bathroom was so tiny you can't sit on the toilet without opening the shower door (I am a medium-sized person). The safe in my room was locked when I arrived, and although I asked the person at reception to open it and he said he would, nothing was done, so I couldn't use it. The hair dryer in the bathroom didn't work. One time a maid left a dirty towel on the desk for some reason. Noisy at night. Poor service in general, there are much better options at the same price level in Istanbul, I do not recommend this hotel and will not stay there again.
