  : The stuff are horrible rooms r connected rooms and the room beside me was almost 10 people inside it turning very loud music and laughing till the morning and reception couldn't do anythingThe manager is useless and couldn't help in any problem

  : Front desk was great, Meysam Hawrahi was very helpful and accommodating getting me into the hotel smoothly and efficiently, I have nothing but praise for his efforts after a long flight.
  : For the price you cant complain, it is what it is.

  : Location view and the mattress
  : Bad Maintenance the elevator was broken for two days and we were on the fourth floor. Also many of the lights were out of order in the room. Most of the staff was unapproachable. Very poor breakfast especially for a 4 star hotel and for Turkish standards

  : you could take a dump put it in a box with 4 stars and it would have better staff cleanliness and food... this isn't a 4 star- they subbed out the restaurant to another company so you can't eat or drink k there unless you want to pay a cover charge and then a vodka will be 25$ it's 3 in all of istanbul, the breakfast place is the same spot which makes it woerd & when it rains waterfalls happen in random spots .. the orel staff can be found making out with girls that work there any night and the sauna is a brothel , which bothered us in the couples massage we booked , we complained to booking who said the hotel had offered us an upgrade (they hadn't ) they offered to charge us 300$ to upgrade and that same manger was the one making out with the spa girls at night .. btw they live in the hotel and in exchange for working there get free room and one meal at least that's what they told my gf ... skip this place ..

  : The shower cabin's door was broken, the shower tap did not work well even the toilet paper holder was on the floor every time you pull the paper. Very thin walls, you can hear others in their rooms.Be aware there is a lady who should get your room number for breakfast she is a bit not in her mind, she checks the people at the exit not at the entrance, perhaps she wants to sleep a bit more and that's why she is cranky and shouting at guests to get their room number. The Breakfast itself is a nightmare we ate boiled eggs for 7 days not because we loved it because there was nothing else which tasted good.

  : Staff are very kind, they are ready to help with anything quickly, location very near to Taksim square, and Busphorus view is amazing
  : Although I deal with this hotel since 2013, I choose it every time I visit Istanbul, but this time I found it less satisfying. We had cockroach in the bathroom, also Breakfast options very very limited and cold.
