  : The best part was the pool and spa. The woman who ran it on the women's day was lovely. I used the pool, steam room, sauna and gym and it was lovely. No complaints there.
  : I had an extremely unsatisfactory and stressful stay at NewInn. The unsafe escalators were out of order for 16 hours, forcing my pregnant wife and my elderly father, who has health issues, to climb four flights of stairs. The following day, they were stuck in the lifts, which also did not work. There were no signs to direct people. The second issue was the disgusting sewage smell inside the toilet, which permeated the entire flat for four days, rendering it impossible for us to shower there. We had to use another apartment for showering, which is completely unacceptable. In addition to the poor service, we were promised WiFi in apartment 37, but upon arrival, there was no WiFi. I had to drive to your colleague at Air Baskshire apartment to fetch the WiFi booster, but even after turning it on, it still didn't work. We were without WiFi for four hours, and this was the same situation we encountered in flat 37.

  : Easy to get from the airport, supermarket across the street, steady wifi and no disturbances from neighbours
  : Inconvenient check-in process. They guys have not fixed it for few years, keep on insisting on using a web-app for checkin that doesnt work properly. Got to wait for 30 min for someone at the reception to show up. Poorly managed, we booked a room with a terrace, but only got a regular room.

  : Reception or check in facility not available 24 hrs. We reach property around 6:45am and waited around 85 minutes to get check in, despite of informing prior that we will check in around 7am.Shower room space is very small, hardly someone can move once the glass door closed.

  : Location is far from the city center, and no public transportation unless you have a car to travel around. Dont believe to Q&A they strictly dont allow to check in early even for an hour! Residence doesnt have cups for 2 person, no soap, tissue, toilet paper or other belongings. Sink is clogged, and management doesnt bother to fix it, yet you have to call them several times, irresponsible in taking care of issues that in the room. When we arrived it was sunday (they claim nobody works that day) and heater didnt work, in order to get fix it i have to tell them many times and say that i wanna check out. I dont recommend this place!

  : There is no reception counter, after a long day of travel, in pouring rain, I had to ring the hotel only to be told to scan our own passports and do the check in then download an app to get an E key which didn't work after nearly an hour in a dark car park we finally got access to the room and found a kettle but no tea/coffee to even make a drink, room was not serviced the next day so we could not wait to leave there
