Traveller Type: Traveling as Couple
  : We stayed in a standard room. The location is perfect for everything in Sultanamet. You can see the Hagia Sofia when you step outside, its not far from Grand bazaar and Spice market. It has a resturant attached and there are people there that speak English and were very helpful. The resturant is quite expensive though. The room was quite large and had a lovely view over the Bridge and the Bospherous. It was reasonably clean had everything you need for a comfy stay. The man in reception was lovely despite not speaking English. The hotel is in an area where cars are not allowed so you have to stop a couple of streets away. The taxi we had rang the hotel and someone came and met us and took our luggage and escorted us to the hotel. The same happened when we left, the taxi driver came and picked us up and took our luggage to the taxi. Great service! I would recommend staying there especially because of location. If you were a solo traveller, its very safe and secure.
  : I dont think the bathroom sink was cleaned, so I did it myself and it was noticeably cleaner.

  : The spacious room and the cleanliness. It was top notch. Your housekeeper was also very helpful and kind. She smiles all the time, making us feel warm and welcome.

  : Great location for walking around, but restaurants in this area are imsane expensive, so think twice if it worth it.
  : Breakfast was funny - one omlet for 3 persons and some apetisers, less each next morning

  : Very clean and nice rooms. A lot of space in the room, comfortable bed. The view is amazing. The neighbourhood is rather quiet. The bath things - shampoo and conditioner, smells delicious. Two pillows for each guest and we also asked for the second duvet. The cleaning lady was very quick and efficient.
  : We arrived late in the evening and were ready to pay for the booking, but we were suggested to do it tomorrow. The next day the other administrator (Usuf) told us there was some difficulties with pos terminal and that it also was not possible to pay via booking.com and that only cash is acceptable. It was last days of our trip, so it was not very comfortable for me to pay by cash, I wanted to pay by card. The administrator suggested for us to withdraw liras from card (despite of the commission). Lucky I had some cash so the problem was solved. But it was not hosty at all and I feel not desirable guest here. So, I didnt like this, when we were forced to troubleshoot the hotels difficulties with payments on our own without any suggestions from the hotel side to make it easier for as.

  : Property near to main attraction place such as hagia sophia, blue mosque, grand bazaar, basilica cistern, sultan suleiman mosque, port for our bosphorus ferry tour, restaurants and souvenirs shops
  : The host yusof is very helpful, kind and pleasant

  : Views were fantastic and the employee at reception during our first night was great and very helpful.
  : Bed is standing next to a wall connected to the ventilation from restaurant next door. The noise makes you feel like sleeping on an engine. When we flagged it during the first night, it was impossible to do anything about it (we were moved to a different room). Next day we were promised that the noise will be there between 10am-10pm. That wasnt the case and we still had to complain and have a discussion with a new employee at the reception to get it turned off. The last two nights it finally was off as promised. At the end, we slept very poorly and it impacted our stay a lot.Additionally, the room wasnt very clean and it requires conservation (like painting the walls).
