  : The staff was friendly, the hotel is in a good location the middle of busy Nisantasi and the breakfast was solid
  : There were renovations going on the full week we stayed there. That meant that early in the morning we would get woken up my heavy machine sounds (and get headaches for free), you had noise pollution for most of the days, and the elevator was always super dirty and muddy (and sometimes with an unpleasant stingy smell). The room does not look like on the booking website at all and is definitely smaller than described. Unfortunately, booking was not helpful with my complaint about the renovations as I wasn't able to provide pictures. The low price should've made me suspicious. I will not rebook this hotel again as it is not to my standards.

  : Well we checked into our hotel and stayed only 10 mins. I ended up booking another hotel when the manager behind the desk insulted my husband over the phone about turning on the air conditioning. It was 75 out that day and my husband asked about how to turn on the air when we arrived to the hotel. The front desk guy told him its cold out and said to open the door to the terrace to cool off. Wow really??? We just paid over a $165 a night and you want us to leave the air off and open a door. The tv doesnt have Netflix to actually watch in English like it advertised. The balcony wasnt even a balcony. It was a terrace which was very old and needs work oh and only comes up to your knees. To top it off the emergency stairway was barricaded off and could not be accessed at all. So I had written a booking.com about all the false advertisement that they lead you on with this establishment. Hopefully in the future you can see what it actually looks like. So not an good experience with this hotel!!! Stay away they try and steal from you even if you dont stay at there hotel.

  : Delicious breakfast with many warm and fresh options, very helpful staff (were able to help me with every request), comfortable bed, spacious bathroom, close to subway. Location: not in the most touristy area (which I assume can be quite noisy), but most main attractions are not difficult to reach by public transport. Plenty of services/restaurants in the neighborhood. Will be even easier to reach once the airport metro line is completed.
  : The room itself is a bit small, making it rather difficult to handle bags and personal stuff. It was ok for me as a single traveler, but I imagine it would be harder for a couple. Occasionally there was some smell (possibly stale water) coming from the shower drain - staff fixed it when I asked but started to return towards the end of my stay. Maybe worth having a look into it.

  : The room was not fully stocked when we first went in to the room. it was missing some sopas but they were brought to us promtly to us.
