  : A/C was not working and sometimes you can smell the kitchen in the ground floor from the fifth floor and that was really disturbing.

  : The only good thing is that it was clean. Sometimes i struggle to find clean hotels.
  : The staff was TERRIBLE, at the point i would go talk to them and they would turn the eyes up for me. Literally EVERYTHING i asked they denied. And im not a person who complains you know but they had no air conditioning in my room, the room was smelling like cigarettes SO bad, the phone on my room didnt work so every time i wanted to order food i had to go down to the reception. I stayed 13 nights so that was a lot. Asked if i could pay in advance and order a breakfast for the next day to come to my room, stuff like this and the answer was ALWAYS no. When i complained about the cigarette smell they just told me to open the window. The window has a protection and cant be open more than 2 inches. They would not even answer to my good mornings. I would NEVER go back to that place. Oh and the location is the worst possible. The street of the hotel is so ghetto.
