  : That one was clean and nice.
  : I came with two suitcases, and there was no ramp so I had to climb 11 or 12 stairs. Then the elevator was out of service! so I had to carry both suitcases upstairs. I never expected a hotel without an easy access to like this one!

  : The price - I usually stay at Hotel ON7 when in town but this was US$22 cheaper so I decided to give it a try. I was only here for a night, leaving at 6am the following morning, and it was ok...as in tolerable. I left the following morning before breakfast opened but was able to get a cup of filter coffee.
  : I saw the housekeeper, maybe she was new, but there were no water bottles or anything extra left in the room, the trash had not been emptied, and there were crumbs or something in the bathroom sink. The liquid soap and shampoo bottles in the shower could not be used without unscrewing the nozzle, lowering the bottle, and pouring into hand. These were minor inconveniences I've encountered other places but what would keep me from staying here again was the room temperature. It was 30c/86 and a system that will only stay on with key card inserted. I was not familiar with the controls so had someone from the front desk come for help. He set it on the coldest/highest setting. After running on high all night, the room had only cooled to 26c/79 the next morning.

  : Very sluggish girls on reception. Check in was very slow because they didn't understand how to use not turkish passport . One of the girls tried to flirt with my boyfriend they don't speak English, don't know how to read but knows how to flirt))) There's no windows, no normal entrance. Hotel located in business center and elevator was out of service. I'm not recommending this hotel for tourists with luggage. And no acoustic at all. You can hear even how people breathe at the neighbor rooms.

  : The place was clean and had all the required amenities.The staff was great. We had left some things in a taxi we took and the staff coordinated with another hotel to get back our things.
  : The entry was not so obvious but didn't matter much.
