  : The access to the hotel on foot is quite hard because of the steep streets. Only a few people there speaks English well enough.

  : The impeccable friendliness of the staff stood out, making every interaction pleasant. The hotel's design is out of the world and inviting, and the culinary delights, especially the breakfast and dessert, were simply superb
  : The hotel overall boasts commendable standards and offers a great experience. However, my encounter with the shower was less than satisfactory. Its dated appearance aside, the water temperature fluctuated unpredictably between hot, warm, and cold. Given the hotel's otherwise impeccable standard, this inconsistency was unexpected and disappointing.

  : The view was very pretty. The location was okay, you had to walk just 5 min to be at Odunpazari. Breakfast was good.I liked that the spa, pools had open till 22:00. it also had an indoor pool which wasnt cold at all and also a hot thermal pool. Those were the highlights of the hotel.Plenty of parking spots. Room was big.
  : It was at a hill, so you had to walk a really high hill up to the hotel if you dont have a car. It wasnt clean at all. The room wasnt clean properly. When we checked-in in the shower were hairs from other guests. The cleaning ladies always forgot stuff. Like toilet paper and bathrobes.The workers werent nice to us. We really felt not welcomed, i dont know why. There were just a few workers who were nice. You cant order food from outside to your room. I never ever experienced that in hotels before. We always order food from other places to the hotel. The next day we ordered food again and wanted to eat outside infront of the hotel, then the security came and asked us if we are from the hotel and made us really uncomfortable. So the other days we ate down the hill at the park at really cold weather!We tried their food from the restaurant but it was really bad and too expensive for what you get.Thats why we decided to have food from outside. The TV was constantly going on when you came in to your room. I did turn it off and it turned on again. That happened always for like 3-4 times in the row! That made me so angry. A lot of local people asked us why we were staying at that hotel, that there are better ones.
