  : the staff at reception were trying to scam us with paying extra especially sedat. we booked 3 rooms and the third room occupants were late due to a delay in flights which took them 2 days later to arrive and he told us that we already let people stay in it and we have a late penalty that we have to pay for which we paid for the rooms already under my name and checked in at time :) and then when i refused to pay and told them the other shift guys told me otherwise and they were happy to help and welcome the rest of the family with delights

  : It is so far from 5 stars. The worst 5-star experience in my life!First, we arrived at hotel after 4 hour drive from stanbul no one to greet us at the door. Went in, reception was empty we were the only ones in the lobby. Reception staff unprofessional, not sure what they were doing, tried to give me 2 standard rooms when I booked a king suite with a connecting room and confirmed with them 13 days in advance that the connecting suite was available! Then by coincidence I requested to see the king suite and discovered that it had a connecting room! there was no manager on duty (it was 3pm on Sunday).The 3rd room was a junior suite which was a good size, but everything else was not up to standards!After a 1 hour Check-in with none but us and 2 staff members! We finally get our keys to the rooms, when I reach the room I realised one of the keys opened the WRONG ROOM! with guests in them! We had to apologise and leave to enter our CORRECT room using the connecting door.The BED:First thing caught our eyes, the duvet cover was the size for a single bed spread onto the Queen size bed in a KING SUITE! the duvet was so thin and flimsy and was barely enough to cover 1 person. we ended up ordering 3 more duvets as it was 2 degrees Celsius outside and the room was too cold! The pillows were so old and overused with lumps in them and very uncomfortable to sleep on. The mattress was overused and old too that when my wife and I slept we unintentionally sloped towards the middle of the bed as it was so uncomfortable to sleep on at night.When we requested 4 additional duvets and 4 pillows, we got 1 towel and one toilet roll! Then we requested again, we got very poorly smelling pillows and dirty duvets! We called again to fair some more, we received some what better smelling duvets and by that time we were exhausted and just couldnt be bothered anymore!

  : The stay in the hotel was not good at all. It was my wedding which I informed the reception about. We were given a bad room. The curtains were broken. The bed was not done well and the sheets were out of place. We got only one towel and one rope.The shower was flooding every time we took a shower. And the shower water heat was changing form hot to cold every 5 seconds. I expected better service from Ramada hotels, and Im very disappointed.i tried to contact them 3 times and didnt receive a response at all!!you can get a much better service for your money elsewhere.
