  : The room was large, the balcony was very big with great view. The hotel has nice facilities, the location is very good and the beach there is pretty. The personnel is very helpful as it is in most of the hotels in Turkey.
  : The food was below average. Both at the breakfast buffet and at the dinner buffet, the variety was rather small and the quality was not for a 5 star hotel.

  : Our room was cleaned every day without even asking. Friendly personnel. Meal options were not great but delicious. Would I stay at this hotel again, Yes, absolutely.
  : I didnt like only two moments. First, a very deep side of the outdoor pool which is why it stayed empty and unused all the time, limiting a total capacity of the pool. Secondly, an entrance to the sea requires a special pair of shoes as it is not sandy and might hurt someones feet.

  : I recently had the unfortunate experience of staying at the Grand Ontur Hotel, and I must say, it was far from what I had anticipated. The photos online were a far cry from the reality I encountered upon arrival.The most concerning issue was the cleanliness of the rooms. To my shock, I discovered blood stains on the towels provided. This alone was enough to sour my impression of the place, but things took a turn for the worse when I requested a new room. The replacement room reeked of cigarette smoke, a major problem for me due to allergies and the presence of my 8-month-old baby. Despite explaining my situation, the hotel staff brushed off my concerns, labeling me as "fussy" and refused any compensation.Adding to the disappointment was the attitude of the staff. A smile seemed like a rarity, and their rudeness when asked for basic things, especially during breakfast, was uncalled for. The service was agonizingly slow, and any attempts at seeking assistance proved futile. It was evident that the level of investment in the property had declined over the years. Faded signs and haphazard patches only highlighted the lack of maintenance and care.In all honesty, my stay at the Grand Ontur Hotel was a regrettable decision. I wouldn't recommend this establishment to anyone seeking a comfortable and pleasant stay. The numerous issues I encountered, coupled with the dismissive attitude of the staff, made for an unforgettable, albeit for all the wrong reasons, experience. It's disappointing to see a once-promising property fall so far from grace.

  : Outdoor pool was nice and beds were comfortable. Bathroom was clean.
  : Staff weren't as engaging in conversation. As one explained they were only there seasonally. The indoor pool area was dirty. Lots of hair on the floor even after visiting the following day. The 600 lira person for dinner is a waste of money. Not much variety and there's only so much 1 person can eat.

  : The hotel was massive and the service was excellent. There is good access to the beach and the pools were great. Large grounds meant there were a heap of activities to do. The dinner and breakfast was spectacular - really good food and a huge selection.
  : The hotel seemed like it would have been great in the 80s. Lots of empty rooms and function rooms and areas. There was also not too much to do in the surrounding area. Probably great if you want to just chill by the pool.
