  : The guy at the reception was drunk and we felt very unsafe. He kept asking things from us. The hotel looked dirty and dark, not a good atmosphere at all.

  : The location is great. I've lived on the 5th floor and had a terrace with a very nice view.
  : I stayed there 2 nights, but the property charged me 3 times: for the first night I paid at the hotel reception, for the second night I paid through the Booking (because the hotel exchange rate was near 1 $). During the checked-out, they told me to pay for 1 more night because they hadn't my payment. I was trying to explain the situation but staff and a manager on the phone didn't understand English and they charged me without my credit card (using the information from Booking). After a long argument, they accepted their mistake and gave me money back in cash, but when I left the hotel they charged me again. I was far and couldn't come back and argue again. I'm still waiting when Booking will solve this problem and refund my money. About the hotel: 1. Floor around the bed and in the bathroom was dirty with a lot of someone's hair 2. It was no slippers to walk on this dirty floor 3. Breakfast was poor 4. Door to the terrace couldn't be closed, so people from other rooms can easily enter your room (it didn't happen, but it was a chance). I didn't feel safe to sleep and leave belongings there 5. Internet collapsed several times

  : A good small hotel in the very center of Canakkale, close to all sights. Very friendly and helpful staff. Organized a Troy tour for us and helped with taxi at the departure. Good breakfast. Everything clean and comfortable.

  : The only good point is location - just across the street ot port of ferry.
  : The bathroom was dirty and miserable. The corridors were with dirty carpet. The breakfast was poor. There is no parking around and if you are with car, you can park two blocks away!

  : The location is the main plus for this hotel. It is right next to the ferry station and to the sea promenade with the marina and Trojan horse on the right side, and with the old center with the clock tower and lots of shops and restaurants on the left side. Breakfast was good, but not very diversified. I liked that there was an individually controlled AC in the room.
  : The lobby and common areas look old and tired. The room was super-small and with very little furniture. There was virtually nowhere to put things, even the minibar was standing on the floor. The bathroom looked old and dirty, with rust and mold (as can be seen in my photos). The towels were breaking apart. The shower cabin was small and it was very uncomfortable to wash my hair in it. There is no balcony. The tables and chairs in the breakfast room were super close to each other and there was not enough space to sit comfortably. It was very hard to find a parking spot and we found one quite far away from the hotel (paid). Overall the photos are a little (or more) edited as they reflect the reality but from afar.
