  : Great value hotel. Centrally located in Goreme and easy to walk to restaurants/shops. Its also slightly of the centre so the road feels quiet but connected. The breakfast was excellent for the price paid, a range of cold options (fruit, yoghurt, cereal, bread, cake, ham and cheese) that were topped up. Staff were friendly and helpful, especially the younger and older men on reception.
  : The room was overall great but the bathroom seemed a little tired and had a lingering smell of damp that was noticeable when entering the room. There was also a small issue of no water for several hours in the morning. Although I should add for completeness it was promptly fixed.

  : Friendly and helpful staff, good location, nice architecture, outstanding for watching the balloons
  : didn't have day to day cleaning service, a change of towels would have been welcomed.

  : The location is good , just on the town, easy to see hot ballon on the balcony
  : This is the worst hotel I have had . .The facility is very old , no any appliance , even no hot water cattle. Very very dirty . The bath room is very yuk . The loo is with yellow colour. The room is so squash that you could only put your stuffs on bed. However, the price is even higher than Istanbuls 4 star hotel as you dont have choice in the small tourist and rare public transportation town. Consider the facilities, it was like a poor old nasty little inn but you was charged to be in a high standard 4 star hotel. Ridiculous!

  : Hotel was very good and we do not have anything major to complain. Would definitely recommended to anyone: the cave aspect, seen around Cappadocia is a plus, even though our room was just about 1/4 embedded into the mountain. Location is very good, easy to walk to any place in town. The restaurants near the hotel (further away from the main strip) are more affordable but still have awesome food. Room was comfortable and cozy. Breakfast was great, with lots of options.
  : While breakfast was great, it starts at 8:30 am. Meaning, if you go for a tour you might miss it (if your tour leaves early), or you might have to wait for breakfast to start if you get back from a ballon tour (or ballon watch), as you would return between 7:30 and 8am. Perhaps having it starting at 8am would be best. Our room had a couple of light bulbs burnt and was quite dark. Hot water was just warm at late night - but still decent for a quick shower. Internet was just ok in our room, but decent outside/restaurant/lobby. I'd say it's expected from a room built inside the mountain, so no demerits there. Overall we had great days in Goreme and I'm already missing it.

  : Toilet in my room was stinking. Bed sheets, pillow covers, blankets were very dirty. Wi-Fi was not working in my room. Breakfast spread was limited and most of the time food items were not available.

  : The breakfast was good but the same every day. There was clean in the room. The stuff was nice and polite.
  : Wi fi signal was too weak. Water was warm, not hot, and there was a problem with the water drain. The shower hose was broken and water was only partially pouring out of the shower. I would like to have a socket next to the bed. There was only one TV channel available
