  : The garden where we ate breakfast was peaceful and beautiful and the location of the hotel was close to the center.
  : The room smelt humid and was very dull. The staff originally came across as friendly and helpful but they are not to be trusted! Firstly, throughout our stay, the hotel owner kept trying to convince us to go on tours we were not interested in. Secondly, when we asked about whether the hotel offers hammam massage, at first we were told that they could do it in our room, when it was obvious that they were not equipped to offer such service, although later, when we explained that we wanted a professional massage, the owner of the hotel drove us to and from another hotel for free. Lastly, we ended up paying 120 for a taxi to take us to Nevsehir airport (which is less than 30mins away from the hotel) because the owner, who insisted on helping us book the transfer, gave the wrong instructions to the driver, as a result of which we ended up in completely different airport!
