  : No hot water first day. Did not get fixed until the bext day. WiFi poor .. interrupts so often.

  : poor customer service. if something goes wrong no one will fix it at all. I had a broken shower for 5 days had to hold it up with 1 hand and shower with the other. I asked about it the first night, I was told someone will fix it tomorrow. then everyday I was just told tomorrow tomorrow tomorrow. till it came to the end of the stay. definitely ruined my time in turkey not being able to have a proper clean shower. toilet would only flush between like 6-8am didn’t flush any other time so if you had to go during the day it would leave the room stinking until 6am the following day. if you’re asleep and you don’t flush at that time then you’ll have to stick with the smell of yesterday and today until the next morning. I asked for a room change but kept being told no rooms available. all in all I don’t recommend if you can go to another place it’s much better go there.

  : The location is the best thing about this hotel. It is in an elegant neighbourhood with everything you need at 10 min distance on foot. Sea, Chic cafes, entertainment, hairdressers, Terra city mall, exchange, supermarkets, pubs…Some of staff (younger ones) are very friendly and helpful. My window handle got broken on the stormy day. They immediately came to fix it after my call. In 5 min it was fixed. Safe didn’t work. They replaced it immediately. My room was the closest to the lift and I could hear the smart lift talking (you are at the second floor. The door is opening..) after i asked them, they switched it off. Their breakfast is pretty good if you think it costs only 1,60 €. Thee is for freeThere is a nice grill restaurant below and the food is pretty delicious. one portion of kebap+cola+1 mezze is around 9€ They are animal friendly. There are two cats hanging there (Cabbar and Otto)
  : The room wasn’t cleaned well when I arrived They were still things in the bathroom cupboard from the previous guest and the floor wasnt clean. The WIFI is really bad:( this is important. Hope they fix it asap

  : The staff was courteous and friendly. The service was quick and efficient. The room we got was clean and spacious. However, we had an issue with the toilet so we talked to the front desk. They were kind enough to transfer us to Otto Apart where we got a full size apartment as replacement at the same rate. Loved their service and dedication to customer satisfaction! This hotel is a must stay if you are in Antalya!
  : The toilet in the hotel room lacked privacy as the walls were made of half frosted glass. However, the staff graciously heard our complain and arranged an apartment for us in Otto Apart.
