  : The staff were polite, hospitable, and friendly.You could have easy access to bars and clubs and some restaurants. Public transportation was available within a 5min walk from the hotel.There were shopping malls and other shopping centers near by but you could still go elsewhere.The room was clean and bright, had a good view but not the best probably. It was quite and had the minimums one would need.
  : The internet connections in rooms were really poor although you could've connect to them but you couldn't still get a fast internet you'd expect. Although in case you needed a fast internet you could go to the lobby or get close to a router on your floor but overall this was a downside for the hotel for me.Another thing for me was that there wasn't a close electricity socket beside the bed, which was a problem in my room but in my friend's room he had one nearby.

  : Friendly and helpful staff. Location is fine.
  : The bed was full of bed bugs and mites. We were all bitten, the receptionist changed the room when weve shown a pillow with a bug. He said they disinfected all rooms but ours. The new room was cleaner but we couldnt sleep well because we were expecting to find bugs there too. The hotel didnt offer a refund because of that. They also said they will call the disinfection service to clean the room. Im not sure they did because the room was already booked the other night.The room was old, the towels spelt bleach cleaner, we had two mattresses, but it was said they have a double bed. The bathroom was clean but everything was old and not always working.
