: We had 2-bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms, for us (3 adults + a child) room size was perfect. There were some broken things inside like chair or shower holder, but we didn`t pay a lot of attention to that. Hotel is located just in front of Carrefour and MediaMarkt, with Marka shopping mall behind them, and it`s a 5 mins walking from Odunluk metro station, so from location point of view, it`s great. And, as always in Turkey, the staff was very friendly.
: We stayed at this hotel mainly to get spa, and to be close to center of the city. As mentioned, the location is perfect, but spa services are not worth choosing this hotel for: it was cold in turkish bath due to broken door and some heating system malfunction, it was cold in sauna as well, just around 50-60 degrees, the room with jacuzzi was not available due to other system malfunction, instead of 50 minutes massage my wife has got only 40 minutes. Staff was friendly, as almost always in Turkey, but seems owner doesn`t care a lot of spa services quality.

  : Friendly staff and location.
: There is a bad smell coming from the manhole/sewer in all the bathrooms. We needed more bathroom accessories such as soap holder, towel hanger behind the door, toothbrush holder and those basic needs. The wall cladding is very cheap, it's made from spongelike material, very weak and damaged.
